3. Bench dip Exercise……..

This exercise must be done in your daily routine. Because this exercise works a lot on your shoulder chest and your triceps. Due to which it makes your body beautiful and strong. You can also do this exercise at home gym or in the park. Doing this exercise helps your triceps to grow in size and shape. This exercise is very useful. It increases the strength of your body. There are many different ways to do this exercise. Like Bench dip with knees bent, Bench dip with legs straight, Bench dip with legs raised, Parallel bar dips, Parallel Bahar with weight.

Now let your body press on the palm of your hands. Then raise the body high. Then take it down. By doing this, your triceps will be under pressure from all sides. Blood will flow in them. 4. Deadlift Exercise……..

Doing this exercise is not just for everyone. Doing this exercise affects your whole body. This is a compound exercise. Which affects your whole body. Therefore this exercise comes under the category of the compound. This exercise is done for your body strength, strength, endurance and muscle growth, etc.

It is believed that the name of this exercise comes after the bench dip exercise. It is considered to be the most liked workout in foreign countries such as America, Europe, Asia. If you do this exercise properly. So the strength of your body increases manifold. If you do it the wrong way. So it will cause a lot of damage to your body. There are many ways to do this exercise. 5. Bench press Exercise………

We use the bench press exercise for the upper parts of our body. With this exercise, we can increase our body and strength. Also, it reduces your weight. By doing bench press your body gets the right look. The bench press is very easy to do. Your breath plays an important role in doing the bench press. When you move the weight upwards. Then you release the breath outwards. When bringing the weight down. When the breath is pulled inwards. There are many types of bench presses.
